Elise liep haar eerste marathon zonder knieklachten dankzij gerichte loopanalyse.
Balance in a busy Life
Ine lost 10 kg and replaced chronic knee pain with boundless energy.
After a serious injury, Ine stopped strength training altogether. Her long hours working as a photographer didn't help her shoulders or knees either. The result? Constant pain, a lack of energy, and unwanted weight gain due to a lack of movement and structure in her nutrition.
The Approach
We started with Physio Performance PT to improve her posture and build functional strength. Alongside training, we implemented the 'Precision Nutrition' method: no restrictive dieting, but sustainable habits that fit into a demanding schedule.
The Result
Ine is now completely pain-free. She lost 10 kg and currently trains 4 times a week in regular CrossFit and Hyrox classes. She complements these sessions with a weekly Physio Performance PT to continue strengthening her shoulder. And that challenging trek she was training for? It turned out to be a breeze.
"I knew I wanted to get back into sports, but I wasn't looking for a standard personal trainer. I needed someone with a medical background who understood how to work around my injuries. Meia achieved what the doctors couldn't. Today, I am stronger than I was 10 years ago. That says it all."
Frequently asked questions
-
How long does a program typically last?
That depends on your starting point, but we generally work in three phases:
The Recovery Phase (1-4 weeks): Restoring fundamental mobility and movement.
The Build Phase (4-12 weeks): Strengthening your load-bearing capacity and refining technique.
The Optimization Phase: Translating your new strength into your specific sport or daily life.
During your intake, I will always provide an honest estimate of the time required to reach your specific goals safely.
-
Why can’t I pay per hour?
By working with comprehensive programs rather than single sessions, I can guarantee the high standard of quality you expect from a medical expert:
Continuity: We follow a carefully structured plan, ensuring we make consistent progress without having to 'restart' every time.
Beyond the Gym: My guidance doesn’t end after 60 minutes. I am available between sessions to answer questions regarding your recovery, nutrition, or scheduling.
Guaranteed Results: My goal isn't just to provide temporary pain relief, but to make you structurally stronger. This requires a foundation that can only be built over a longer period.
You aren't just investing in 'an hour of exercise'—you are investing in a predefined end result.
-
Do I have to be a top athlete to work with you?
Not at all. My approach is designed for anyone committed to their health. From office professionals looking to eliminate back pain to grandparents who want to stay active with their families, or runners preparing for a debut marathon—the science of movement doesn't change. I apply the same elite medical standards to every goal.
-
What to expect from your intake?
We'll review your medical history and goals, followed by a physical screening of your mobility and strength. You'll leave with a concrete plan that aligns with your schedule and ambitions.
-
What sets your coaching apart from regular personal training?
t all comes down to clinical expertise. My background in physiotherapy means I understand exactly how injuries work at a biological level. While many trainers push for 'more intensity,' I focus on 'smart intensity'—finding your physical edge without risking further injury. It’s the essential link between recovery and athletic performance.

Do you offer hybrid or online options?
believe in the power of physical, 1-on-1 guidance to ensure your movements are executed with clinical precision. That said, I do offer hybrid tracks for nutrition and lifestyle coaching, providing a blend of face-to-face sessions and digital support.
